APPROACH
UFD Capital Value Fund, LP is an actively managed hedge fund that seeks long-term growth of capital. It seeks to achieve this investment objective by investing under normal circumstances primarily in the domestic equity securities of profitable, large-cap companies. The fund seeks to invest in companies that are priced below their intrinsic value. The fund avoids companies with significant exposure to geopolitical risk and avoids companies that rely on branding and labor arbitrage as their main drivers of value.
UFD Capital strives to foster a culture of rewarding excellence and paying for performance. Our compensation is solely based on performance. This means we only make money when you make money. The managers of the Value Fund also hold significant personal investments in the fund. These factors help to ensure that management is unwaveringly aligned with investor interests.

HOW TO INVEST
UFD Capital Value Fund, LP is currently accepting new investors. If you would like to learn more about making an investment into the fund, please refer to the three step checklist.
Step One
Our fund seeks long-term capital appreciation, and as such is not for investors who will need the money they have invested within a year or less. If you are looking for a short-term place to park money we are unable to accept your investment.
Step Two
Our fund only accepts accredited investors and requires a minimum initial investment of $100,000. An accredited investor is a natural person who has a net worth over $1 million, excluding primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner), OR an income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year. If you do not meet these criteria we are unable to accept your investment.
